Hi, I’m Alicia.

I am a wife and mother of 3 who mostly fumbles her way through motherhood. I love learning about nutrition and how our amazing bodies work. I love my family fiercely and would do anything to protect them. They are my why!

My own health issues and the niggling issues for my son were the reason I became curious about food and eventually studied Functional Nutrition. Along the way, I developed the confidence to make the changes I needed not only to my diet, but my body, and I said goodbye to my toxic tatas (breast implants) after 16 years. They nearly killed me but I am SO grateful for the lessons!

I love to laugh and tend to not take life too seriously … much to my husband’s dismay! But I do (sometimes) love that he keeps me grounded!

I love food. I love cups of tea. I love to dance. I love the beach. I enjoy deep conversations, but I also love to talk nonsense. I love that I tolerate less B.S. as I get older. I no longer believe what people tell me, I find out for myself. I don't enjoy budgets. Or seafood (unless it’s my Uncle Jack’s calamari). I prefer the simple things and no drama. I appreciate imperfections, honesty and integrity, and if you have those, I will love you much x

“Getting back to nature and keeping it real is the key.”

Whether it’s physically getting yourself out into nature more, replacing fake packets of weird ingredients with home cooked meals, buying foods that are made from ethically sourced, natural ingredients, or being authentically, unapologetically you, you will start to transform your mental, physical and soulful self - and you won’t regret it!
