Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls

These yummy bliss balls are perfect for school lunchboxes or as an afternoon treat.

They are nut free, gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free and give your little (and big) kids a healthy dose of magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, antioxidants, fibre and more.

Whip up a batch of these and keep them in the fridge or freezer so you have something easily on hand to throw into lunchboxes or when those afternoon munchies kick in!

What You Need.

  • 200g coconut

  • 150g dates

  • 20g cacao

  • 2-4 tbsp collagen powder

  • 1-2 tbsp coconut or MCT oil

  • Pinch seaweed salt

What To Do.

  1. Add all ingredients to your Thermomix bowl or food processor and blitz on speed 9 or high until the mixture forms a ball and sticks together when pressed.

  2. Roll into balls and cover in coconut, or press into a lined baking tray, then place into the fridge to set. If you have pressed into a lined baking tray, remove from the fridge once set and cut into squares.

  3. Store in the fridge.

Enjoy.
