Rum Balls

These are a delicious Christmas treat that you can still enjoy when you are gluten free!

Made with only a few ingredients and no artificial sweeteners, you will be able to whip these up quickly before guests arrive and not feel too guilty about indulging.

 

What You Need.

  • 260g dates

  • 80g coconut

  • 70g cacao

  • 2 tbsp coconut or MCT oil

  • 4-6 tbsp rum


What To Do.

  1. Add all ingredients to your Thermomix bowl or food processor and blitz on speed 9 or high until the mixture forms a ball and sticks together when pressed. If the mixture is too sticky, add a little extra cacao and coconut.

  2. Roll into balls and cover in coconut, or press into a lined baking tray, then place into the fridge to set. If you have pressed into a lined baking tray, remove from the fridge once set and cut into squares.

  3. Store in the fridge.
