Rum Balls
These are a delicious Christmas treat that you can still enjoy when you are gluten free!
Made with only a few ingredients and no artificial sweeteners, you will be able to whip these up quickly before guests arrive and not feel too guilty about indulging.
What You Need.
260g dates
80g coconut
70g cacao
2 tbsp coconut or MCT oil
4-6 tbsp rum
What To Do.
Add all ingredients to your Thermomix bowl or food processor and blitz on speed 9 or high until the mixture forms a ball and sticks together when pressed. If the mixture is too sticky, add a little extra cacao and coconut.
Roll into balls and cover in coconut, or press into a lined baking tray, then place into the fridge to set. If you have pressed into a lined baking tray, remove from the fridge once set and cut into squares.
Store in the fridge.
